Berlin Marathon 3:06 | Power-Based Training | Sub-3:00 Pursuit

Welcome! I'm thrilled to be the very first member of Team ENGO. Berlin Marathon 2023: 3:06. Helsinki Half Marathon 2023: 1:28. On Running Mile Relay: 5:15. Those results tell you I'm dedicated, but here's what drives me: sub-3:00 marathon, or even 2:55 range. Qualify for Boston Marathon by breaking personal records.

I'm marathon runner focusing on half and full marathons, training six days per week. With every stride, fueled by burning desire to conquer new challenges, surpass own limits. Currently training for London Marathon following power-based training program. Over past 1.5 years, remained unwaveringly dedicated—just last year, slashed impressive 36 minutes off marathon time. Testament to power of hard work, consistency, unwavering ambition.

As power-focused runner, using ENGO eyewear has been revolutionary. I can visualize real-time power data right in front of eyes—eliminating constant glances at watch. This allows me to execute quality long runs and tempo sessions at correct effort levels with incredible precision. With ENGO, maintain better focus on stride, push myself harder and smarter than ever before.

Living on sunny Mediterranean coast, constantly glancing at watch for data interrupts flow and training focus. ENGO helps me shift to effort-based approach, making threshold and race-specific workouts more productive and responsive. Instead of fixating on watch, I tune into breathing and perceived exertion, maintaining smooth, powerful rhythm. Plus, ENGO's high-quality lenses give me eye protection I need for those long, bright training sessions.

Data without distraction. Customizable for the win. Beyond the numbers—ENGO is game-changer for athletes looking to maximize performance and confidence on race day. Having conquered three world majors already, set sights on even greater heights. Leveraging time from Berlin Marathon to secure spot in Chicago 2024, primed and ready to tackle next chapter.

But journey doesn't end at marathon distance. This summer, turning focus to shorter distances like 1 mile and 3K, honing speed and agility to complement marathon training. Every race, every training session step closer to dreams. With unwavering determination and relentless dedication, know I'll cross finish line triumphant, reaching new pinnacles of success.

If you're serious about taking training up a notch, highly recommend giving ENGO Eyewear a try. ENGO is game-changer for athletes looking to maximize performance, build confidence, execute race plans with precision. London Marathon. Chicago Marathon. Boston Marathon qualification. Sub-3:00. With ENGO, I'm training smarter, running stronger, chasing goals with complete clarity.

Everything runners ask, answered.

Will I even notice a difference?
